"Implementation Measures for Enterprise Name Registration and Management"\x0d\ \x0d\Article 5 The industrial and commercial administrative authorities shall implement hierarchical registration management of enterprise names. The State Administration for Industry and Commerce is in charge of the registration and management of enterprise names nationwide, and is responsible for approving the following enterprise names: \x0d\ (1) Those with the words "China", "China", "National", "National", "International", etc. ;\x0d\ (2) The words "China", "China", "National", "Country", etc. are used in the middle of the name; \x0d\ (3) It does not contain administrative divisions. \x0d\Local administrative bureaus for industry and commerce are responsible for approving the following enterprise names other than those specified in the preceding paragraph: \x0d\ (1) those with administrative divisions of the same level; \x0d\ (2) those that comply with Article 12 of these Measures and contain the same level Administrative division. \x0d\The Administration for Industry and Commerce that has granted the right to approve and register foreign-invested enterprises by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce shall approve the name of the foreign-invested enterprise in accordance with these Measures. \x0d\Article 6 The name of an enterprise's legal person shall not contain the name of other legal persons, unless otherwise provided by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce. \x0d\Article 7 The name of an enterprise shall not contain the name of another enterprise. \x0d\The name of an enterprise branch shall be preceded by the name of the enterprise to which it belongs. \x0d\Article 8 The enterprise name shall use Chinese characters that comply with national standards, and shall not use Chinese pinyin letters or Arabic numerals. \x0d\If the enterprise name needs to be translated into a foreign language for use, the enterprise shall translate and use it by itself according to the principle of text translation, and does not need to report to the industrial and commercial administration authority for approval and registration. \x0d\Article 9 The name of an enterprise shall consist of administrative division, trade name, industry, and organizational form in order, unless otherwise provided by laws, administrative regulations, and these Measures. \x0d\Article 10 Except for enterprises established by decision of the State Council, the names of enterprises shall not be preceded by the words "China", "China", "National", "National", "International", etc. \x0d\If the words "China", "China", "National", "National", "International", etc. are used in the name of the enterprise, these words should be the qualifier of the industry. \x0d\ Wholly foreign-owned enterprises and foreign-invested enterprises controlled by foreign parties that use the name of a foreign (region)-invested enterprise can use the word "(China)" in the middle of the name. \x0d\Article 11 The administrative division in the enterprise name is the name or place name of the administrative division at or above the county level where the enterprise is located. \x0d\The name of a municipal district cannot be used alone as an administrative division in a company name. Enterprise names that use the names of municipal districts and municipal administrative divisions shall be approved by the Municipal Administration for Industry and Commerce. \x0d\Enterprise names used in conjunction with provincial, city, and county administrative divisions shall be approved by the Industrial and Commercial Administration Bureau of the highest-level administrative region. \x0d\Article 12 An enterprise legal person that meets the following conditions may place the administrative division in its name after the font size and before the organizational form:\x0d\ (1) Use the font size in the name of the holding company;\x0d\ (2) The name of the holding company does not contain administrative divisions. \x0d\Article 13 With the approval of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, enterprise legal persons that meet one of the following conditions may use an enterprise name that does not include administrative divisions: \x0d\ (1) Approved by the State Council; \x0d\ (2) Registered with the State Administration for Industry and Commerce; \x0d\ (3) The registered capital (or registered capital) is not less than 50 million yuan; \x0d\ (4) If otherwise stipulated by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce. \x0d\Article 14 The font size in the enterprise name should consist of more than 2 characters. \x0d\Administrative divisions shall not be used as font sizes, except where place names of administrative divisions above the county level have other meanings. \x0d\Article 15 The name of a natural person investor may be used as a business name. \x0d\Article 16 The industry description in the enterprise name shall be a term that reflects the national economic industry to which the enterprise's economic activities belong or the characteristics of the enterprise's operations. \x0d\The content expressed in industry terms in the company name should be consistent with the business scope of the company. \x0d\Article 17 If the nature of the enterprise's economic activities belong to different categories of the national economic industry, the industry in the name of the enterprise shall be expressed in terms of the category of the national economic industry to which the nature of the main economic activity belongs.
\x0d\Article 18 If the name of an enterprise does not use the terms of national economic industry category to describe the industry in which the enterprise is engaged, it shall meet the following conditions:\x0d\ (1) The nature of the enterprise's economic activities belongs to more than 5 major categories of national economic industries; \x0d\ (2) The enterprise has a registered capital (or registered capital) of more than 100 million yuan or it is the parent company of an enterprise group; \x0d\ (3) It is different from the enterprise name approved or registered by the same industrial and commercial administrative authority. \x0d\Article 19 In order to reflect its business characteristics, an enterprise may use the name of the country (region) or the place name of the administrative division above the county level after the font size in the name. \x0d\The above place names are not regarded as administrative divisions in the company name. \x0d\Article 20 The name of an enterprise shall not expressly or imply any business beyond its business scope.
