1. Investment instructions

Flagship store

Businesses use their own brands (trademark R or TM status), or be exclusively authorized by the rights holder to enter stores opened on Tmall.

Specialized store

A store opened by a merchant on Tmall with authorization documents for other people’s brands (trademarks with R or TM status).

Specialized store

A store that operates two or more other people’s or own-brand products (trademarks with R or TM status) under the same business category on Tmall.

Only one franchise store can apply for one investment category.

2. Investment Requirements

1. The registered capital of the store opening company is higher than 1 million yuan (including 1 million yuan);

2. The store opening company has been established in accordance with the law for one year or more;

3. The store opening company must have general taxpayer qualifications ;

4. Self-recommended brands in the category of "grain, oil, rice and noodles/North and South dry goods/condiments" need to provide a trademark registration certificate (i.e. R mark) or a trademark registration acceptance notice that has been six months since the application date;

5. To operate a specialty store, you need to provide secondary authorization from the trademark holder or the business unit or receiving unit on the customs declaration form;

6. The company that opens the store needs to obtain the "Food Circulation License" or "Food Business License";

7. To operate domestic commodities, manufacturers need to obtain a "Food Production License" or "Food Hygiene License";

8. If you are dealing in imported goods, you must obtain a certificate of legal import in the past six months;

9. All submitted materials must be stamped with the official seal (fresh seal) of the company that opens the store.
