There are many local specialty products in Yongding. By September 27, flue-cured tobacco, Yongding red persimmon, June red taro, Yongding dried vegetable, Wanying tea, Xiaomei banana, "Yongding red" granite, Jinde beer, Jinfengmi fermented rice and so on are well-known at home and abroad. Among them, Yongding dried vegetable is one of the traditional "eight dry things in western Fujian"; Yongding flue-cured tobacco is known as the "tobacco chief" and is the representative of fragrant flue-cured tobacco in China. Yongding red persimmon has developed a series of products such as persimmon, persimmon cake, persimmon leaf tea, persimmon frost, persimmon fruit wine and persimmon fruit vinegar.
Yongding flue-cured tobacco: formerly sun-cured tobacco. During the reign of Emperor Qianlong of Qing Dynasty, the shredded tobacco processed by sun-cured tobacco in Yongding was known as "the chief tobacco" and was used as a tribute. After the founding of New China, sun-cured tobacco was changed to flue-cured tobacco. Yongding is known as the "hometown of flue-cured tobacco" and is listed as one of the 41 high-quality tobacco base counties in China. Flue-cured tobacco is the cash crop with the largest planting area and the highest commodity rate in the county, and it has become one of the important sources of financial income for farmers and counties in Yongding.
Yongding persimmon: the county with the largest persimmon production in Fujian Province, with excellent quality, is exported to Japan and abroad, with high economic benefits. The planting area of red persimmons in the county is 533 hectares, and the output is more than 5, tons, gradually forming a production and management system of red persimmons integrating agriculture, industry and trade. A series of products, such as persimmon, persimmon wine, preserved persimmon and persimmon sauce, have been successfully developed and put on the market one after another.

In 27, "Caishantang" Wanying Tea was awarded as the first batch of "Fujian Time-honored Brand". And was rated as a famous trademark and brand-name product in Fujian Province.
Yongding dried vegetables: one of the "eight major projects" in western Fujian, has a history of more than 4 years. It is refined from mustard by steaming and drying. Fine production, easy storage, can be steamed, dry fried, or soaked. Braised pork with Yongding dried vegetables is one of the famous dishes in western Fujian. In 211, "Yongding Dried Vegetable" was awarded the trademark of geographical indication.
