Applying for a business license:

1. Pre-approval of name registration

To apply for pre-approval of name, the following documents must be submitted:

(1) All shareholders of the limited liability company Signed application for pre-approval of company name;

(2) Legal person qualification certificate of shareholder or promoter or identity certificate of natural person;

(3) Other information required by the company registration authority document.

2. Establishment and registration

(1) Joint stock limited company

1. Conditions that should be met:

(1) Shareholders meet A quorum is established by the joint investment of more than twenty and less than fifty shareholders***;

(2) Limited liability company

1. Conditions that should be met:

(1) Have a name that meets the regulations;

(2) Have fixed business premises and facilities;

(3) Have corresponding management agencies and persons in charge;

(4) Have a business scope that complies with regulations;

(5) Implement non-independent accounting.

2. Documents that should be submitted:

(1) Registration application for company establishment signed by the company’s legal representative;
