Flagship stores and specialty stores: the deposit for shops holding the Notice of Acceptance of Trademark Registration is 65,438+10,000 yuan, and the deposit for shops holding registered trademarks is 50,000 yuan;

(1) Franchise stores: the deposit for stores holding the Notice of Acceptance of Trademark Registration is RMB 654.38+RMB 500,000, and the deposit for stores holding registered trademarks is RMB 654.38+RMB 500,000;

(2) When the store deposit is insufficient, the merchant shall make up for it within 15 days. If it is overdue, Tmall will supervise the store until it is completed.

(3) Note: Special category refers to store-type flagship store, and the store deposit is 6.5438 yuan +0.5 million yuan;

2. Annual fee for software services ("annual fee"): merchants must pay an annual fee when operating in Tmall. For details of the payment and settlement of the annual fee, please refer to Tmall 2020 software service annual fee payment, discount and settlement standard.

3. Real-time deduction of software service fee: When Tmall operates, merchants need to pay software service fee according to a certain proportion of their sales (referred to as "rate").
