If the trademark rights holder of a foreign enterprise proves the actual use of the trademark in China, it can provide the trademark license contract under the trademark law.

The Trademark Office will review the documents according to the review and approval procedures, translate the foreign documents into Chinese, and then send them to the Trademark Office for application procedures. The Trademark Office will conduct an examination according to the examination and approval procedures. If the application is approved, it will be published in the Trademark Announcement. If there is no objection or the recommendation cannot be successful, the registration will be approved and a trademark registration certificate will be issued.
