Coordination of the name and address change and trademark change arrangements in the industrial and commercial business license

Our company has applied to the Industrial and Commercial Bureau for the change of the subject name and address of the business license twice. The current progress is that the change of the subject name has been approved; the address change is expected to be completed in early to mid-June (depending on the review process of the Industrial and Commercial Bureau), at which time our company will handle all trademark change procedures together. Because it is true that the number of trademarks exceeds a thousand, we only consider processing them together after the address change is completed.

Recently, trademarks applied for under the names of new entities have been reviewed one after another, and a large number of trademarks have been rejected due to inconsistent entities. Once rejected, the company will face high trademark rejection review fees (because the number is indeed relatively large). On the other hand, it may also bring a lot of workload to the bureau in terms of process and review review.

I would like to ask for guidance from the bureau. Can we send a letter and promise that after the address is changed, we will definitely go through the change procedures? Please ask the bureau to send a unified letter to each review collaboration center to give a grace period for the review. We will not do so for the time being. Do dismiss?
