4. Producers within the origin of geographical indication products who use the special mark for geographical indication protected products should apply to the local Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau and submit relevant information:

(2) Certification issued by the local government department that the product is produced in a specific region;

(3) Inspection report issued by the relevant product quality inspection agency ;

5. After review by the provincial quality supervision department;

6. After being submitted to the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine for review and registration, an announcement will be issued, and the producer shall follow the relevant provisions of the special mark.
