The frame for installing the bracket encoder should be installed in a place that does not affect the packaging machine and is convenient for the printer to operate; The frame should be firm enough after installation, and ensure the rubber roller and film guide roller of the packaging machine, otherwise it will affect the film running stability of the packaging film. After the frame is installed, the packaging film should be able to easily bypass between the character wheel and the rubber roller of the printer body, and at the same time form a certain wrapping angle on the rubber roller. 3. The printing signal of the encoder installed on the proximity switch (or photoelectric switch) is generated by the proximity switch (or photoelectric switch). When the proximity switch is used, the sensor is generally installed on the horizontal sealing cutter shaft of the packaging machine or other shafts synchronized with the cutter shaft, so that every time the cutter shaft rotates, the proximity switch will generate a printing signal to drive the printer to finish printing. The sensor should be a metal sheet with a width of about15 mm. If a photoelectric switch is used, a color code photoelectric sensor is used to induce the color code on the packaging film to generate a printing signal. 4.
