He was the first in the Luliang area to use a chain scraper conveyor to prevent clean coal from being contaminated by external ash and send it directly to the coke oven. In order to open up the road to earn foreign exchange through exports, Comrade Li Shenggui launched the "Jinhui brand" coke, and after several efforts, it became a coke production base designated by the Provincial Economic and Trade Commission, and became an enterprise with self-operated export rights in national foreign trade. Over the past few years, Comrade Li Shenggui worked day and night, worked hard, rushed out of the country, firmly established himself on the trend, and sold products to 13 countries including the United States, France, Germany, Italy, India, Brazil, Peru, and Japan, earning US$80 million in foreign exchange. Starting a business is difficult, and hard work tempers people's will. Comrade Li Shenggui was not content with the status quo and formulated a plan to launch a 500,000-ton machine coke with a high starting point, high standards and high-efficiency operation. With the approval of the Provincial Economic and Trade Commission, It was included in the "Double High and One Excellent" project of the State Economic and Trade Commission. It broke ground on October 1, 2000. It raised 98.17 million yuan of self-funded funds and borrowed 80 million yuan from the Bank of China. It took one year to build the machine focus.
