1. The service trademark is not the enterprise name. Service marks refer to service marks or service marks used by service providers to distinguish the services provided by them from those provided by others. Enterprise name refers to the literal symbol that distinguishes an enterprise from other enterprises.

A collective trademark refers to a sign registered in the name of a group, association or other organization for members of the organization to use in business activities to show the membership of users in the organization. A certification trademark refers to a mark controlled by an organization with the ability to supervise goods or services and used by units or individuals outside the organization to prove the origin, raw materials, manufacturing methods, quality or other specific qualities of the goods or services. Special matters concerning the registration and management of collective trademarks and certification trademarks shall be stipulated by the administrative department for industry and commerce of the State Council.

1. Category 35 trademarks include: advertising, business operation, business management and office affairs;

2. Category 36 trademarks include: insurance, financial affairs, monetary affairs and real estate affairs;

3. Class 37 trademarks include: construction, repair and installation services;

4. Class 38 trademarks include: telecommunications services;

5. Category 39 trademarks include: transportation, commodity packaging and storage, and travel arrangements;

6. Class 40 trademarks include: handling services for organic and inorganic substances;

7. Class 41 trademarks include: education, provision of training, entertainment and cultural and sports activities.
