Article 7 To apply for recognition of a famous trademark, one should fill out the "Chengdu Famous Trademark Recognition Application Form" and submit it to the district (city) or county industrial and commercial administration department, and provide the following materials:

(1) Applicant's name;

(2) Apply for a "Trademark Registration Certificate" for recognition of a famous trademark and documentation proving that the trademark has been used continuously for three years;
