The Trademark Office belongs to the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, undertakes administrative functions such as trademark registration and management, and is specifically responsible for the national trademark registration and management.

protect the exclusive right to use trademarks and investigate trademark infringement according to law, handle trademark disputes, strengthen the identification and protection of well-known trademarks, be responsible for the registration, filing and protection of special signs and official signs, study, analyze and publish trademark registration information according to law, provide information services for government decision-making and the public, and implement trademark strategy.
