2. Design Patent Award Criteria

(1) The design patent rights are stable, unique in shape, pattern, and color, with high degree of innovation, safe and reliable product quality, and human It has the characteristics of good mechanical properties, strong practicality, green environmental protection, leading a healthy lifestyle in the future, and cultural connotation. (2) Design patents play an important role in improving the market competitiveness of related products and enterprises, and have achieved outstanding economic or social benefits. (3) The patentee and implementing unit of the design patent have been proactive in applying and protecting the patent rights and have achieved remarkable results.
