The full name of Hans is Tsingtao Beer Xi'an Hans Group Co., Ltd. It is the Hans beer production base in northwest and north China integrated by Tsingtao Beer Co., Ltd. at the end of 2005. It is the former Tsingtao Beer Xi'an Hans Co., Ltd. (Factory established in 1988) is a core enterprise and a beer group company with independent legal personality. It is the regional management group for Tsingtao Beer’s beer production and sales business in northwest and north China. Referred to as Tsingtao Hans.

It has jurisdiction over Tsingtao Brewery Xi'an Company, Tsingtao Brewery Weinan Company, Tsingtao Brewery Hanzhong Company, Tsingtao Brewery Baoji Company, Tsingtao Brewery Langfang Company, Tsingtao Brewery (Gansu) Farm Reclamation The company, Tsingtao Brewery Wuwei Company, Beijing Five Star Tsingtao Brewery Company, Beijing Tsingtao Brewery Sanhuan Company, Tsingtao Brewery Yulin Company and other ten beer production bases have an annual beer production capacity of more than 1.2 million kiloliters. Xi'an Hans Beer and Beverage Factory (Xi'an Hans Food and Beverage Co., Ltd.) was originally located at No. 1 Beer Road, Weiyang District, Xi'an City. It is located on the west side of Taihua South Road in the East Second Ring Road, adjacent to the Daming Palace ruins and Dahua 1935. Due to the Han Dynasty Xi'an's current production capacity of 400,000 kiloliters has reached its limit, and the Xi'an municipal government requires all factories within the second ring road to move out due to urban development.

Xi'an Hans Brewery plans to move to Weibei Industrial Park (the triangle area of ??Gaoling, Lintong and Yanliang north of the Wei River) to rent a factory for production in 2017. The new site covers an area of ??600 acres, with a capacity of 500,000 kiloliters in the first phase and expansion to 1.2 million kiloliters. The original site will be occupied by COFCO Joy City Shopping Center four years later.
