1956 after the public-private partnership, Tang Shiyi Pharmacy was placed under the leadership of Harbin Chinese Medicinal Materials Company, and two departments, Daoli Tang Shiyi Retail Department and Daowai Tang Shiyi Retail Department, were established, retaining the title of the original "one big pharmacy" and resuming the processing and production of Chinese medicinal materials.

After painful transformation and tempering.

1966, Tang Shiyi suffered a heavy blow after the Cultural Revolution. After the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of China Producers' Party, a spring breeze brought a new turn for the whole country, and the cause of medicinal materials gradually flourished. In order to further develop the long history of traditional Chinese medicine and restore the time-honored brand of traditional Chinese medicine, a plaque with a big gold sticker was put up in the World Hall. At the same time, traditional pharmaceutical practices and service quality have also been restored. As always, the ancestral training and the business philosophy of "compatibility between doctors and prescriptions is authentic, and processing is the spirit" have brought them new life. Abundant supply, diverse varieties and exquisite decoration have attracted international friends and compatriots from Hong Kong and Macao. Tang Shiyi has been recognized by people again.
