If the product name is in a foreign language or transliterated, it must be translated into Chinese, and the name, address, person in charge, etc. of the applicant must be attached. Fill in the Chinese characters clearly.
(3) Submit 15 copies of the trademark drawings, and 1 copy each of the colored drawing and the black and white drawing of the designated color.
(4) Attach relevant supporting materials. These materials include: certificates of nationality, reciprocal agreement certificates, drug production approval documents, etc. Some of these documents are required according to work needs, and some are required to be submitted based on the principle of reciprocity.
(5) Pay the trademark registration application fee as required. The entrusted trademark agency should carefully review whether the submitted documents are complete, translate the foreign documents into Chinese, and submit them to the Trademark Office for review and approval procedures. The foreign language documents will be translated into Chinese and sent to the Trademark Office for application procedures. The Trademark Office will review the application and publish it in the Trademark Announcement. If there is no objection or the recommendation is unsuccessful, the registration will be approved and a trademark registration certificate will be issued. p>
