2. "One" in a registered trademark and transfer" provisions. The "Regulations on the Implementation of the Trademark Law" stipulates that when a registered trademark is transferred, the trademark registrant shall transfer the same or similar trademark registered on the same or similar goods together.
3. After a registered trademark is transferred, the trademark license contract that was in effect before the transfer will continue to be valid if there is no special agreement.
