The original Hubei Chufeng Special Purpose Vehicle Manufacturing Factory is located in Suizhou City, a famous historical and cultural city in China, the hometown of Shennong, Emperor Yan, the hometown of ancient music and bells, and the capital of China's special purpose vehicles. With a history of more than 40 years of producing Chufeng automobiles, it is the only comprehensive enterprise in Suizhou City that integrates research, development, manufacturing and sales of complete automobiles, chassis, buses and special vehicles. On June 1, 2010, China Hi-Tech Group reorganized Hubei Xinchufeng Automobile Co., Ltd.

The factory passed the ISO9001 international quality system certification in June 1999 and the "3C" certification in 2002. The "Chu Feng" trademark registered and used by the factory on automotive products has been recognized as a Hubei Province brand for two consecutive years. Famous trademark, now has self-operated export rights.
