According to Articles 6, 8, and 10 of the "Measures for the Payment of Litigation Fees in People's Courts": After the People's Court accepts a civil lawsuit, the plaintiff who files the lawsuit generally pays the case acceptance fee in advance, and the plaintiff accepts the case acceptance fee himself. Prepay the litigation fees within 7 days from the day after you go to the People's Court to prepay the notice. If the defendant files a counterclaim, the counterclaimant shall submit it in advance when submitting the counterclaim to the People's Court. If both parties file an appeal, the two parties to the appeal shall make advance submissions respectively.

Litigation acceptance fee standards:

(1) Property cases shall be paid cumulatively in stages according to the amount or value of the litigation claim according to the following proportions :

1. For items not exceeding 10,000 yuan, 50 yuan will be paid for each item;

2. For items exceeding 10,000 yuan to 100,000 yuan, 2.5% will be paid;

2. Standards for non-property cases

(1). The fee for each divorce case is 50 yuan to 300 yuan. Involving property division, if the total property does not exceed 200,000 yuan, no additional payment will be made; for the portion exceeding 200,000 yuan, 0.5% will be paid.

(?2) For cases of infringement of name rights, title rights, portrait rights, reputation rights, honor rights and other personality rights, a fee of 100 yuan to 500 yuan will be paid for each case. When it comes to damage compensation, if the amount of compensation does not exceed 50,000 yuan, no additional payment will be made; the amount exceeding 50,000 yuan to 100,000 yuan will be paid at the rate of 1%; the amount exceeding 100,000 yuan will be paid at the rate of 0.5%.

3. In intellectual property civil cases, if there is no disputed amount or value, 500 to 1,000 yuan will be paid for each case; if there is a disputed amount or value, the payment shall be in accordance with the standards for property cases.

4. Administrative cases should be paid according to the following standards:

(1). Trademark, patent, and maritime administrative cases should be paid 100 yuan each;

(2) .For other administrative cases, 50 yuan is required for each case.

If the parties raise objections to the jurisdiction of the case and the objections are not established, they will pay 50 yuan to 100 yuan per case.
