Power adapters are a key component of portable players. They play a vital role in ensuring the normal operation of portable players and your safety. Long-term customer surveys and after-sales service practices have shown that portable player failures are in many cases due to the use of substandard accessories, especially power adapters.

Using an unqualified power adapter will greatly shorten the service life of the portable player; unstable voltage will seriously affect the normal operation of the portable player circuit, causing permanent damage to the player's performance and Reliability, the playback sound quality is degraded, it is easy to crash and may cause combustion and explosion, endangering the personal safety of consumers.

Firmware is a program built into the hardware that can run various functions of the hardware. Player performance and functions can be improved or enhanced through firmware upgrades. Not upgrading the firmware will not affect the normal operation of the player itself.

Firmware upgrade may cause the machine to not work properly due to incorrect operation. Please read the upgrade instructions carefully before upgrading.

Warm reminder

●The nominal playback time of Onda digital player refers to the longest playback time that can be achieved in the minimum power consumption playback environment (black screen state). The actual playback time may vary due to factors such as usage and environment (such as file size, screen-on time), and there are also subtle differences among individual players.

●The following two situations will cause the difference between the actual capacity and the nominal capacity of the player:

1. Error caused by the capacity calculation algorithm: the hardware manufacturer calculates the capacity according to 1MB= 1000KB is calculated, and the software is calculated according to 1MB=1024KB. For example, if the hardware is nominally 128MB MP3, the capacity converted into software recognition is 128MB The larger the capacity of the product, the greater the algorithm error.

2. The player's software (also called firmware, FIRMWARE) will occupy part of the disk space.

●Due to the numerous brands of Mirco SD cards on the market, the quality varies, and the specifications and standards are constantly changing, we cannot ensure that our products are compatible with all types or brands of Mirco SD cards, but they will be compatible with all Mirco SD cards on the market. Mirco SD card products with mainstream specifications, and will continue to expand compatibility with new Mirco SD card products through firmware upgrades.

●Since the video files provided by the Internet have different formats, encoding methods, resolutions, bit rate and other parameters, the player cannot be compatible with all video files (especially high resolution or high bit rate rate video files). If the downloaded video file exceeds the range supported by the player and cannot be played normally on the player, it is recommended to use third-party video conversion software to convert it on the computer to a file format within the range supported by the player, and then copy it to the player. Play.

●Due to different encoding methods of music files (such as APE, FLAC, MP3, etc.), different bit rate and sampling rate settings, some music files may not be played properly on the player. Please use a third-party audio conversion tool to convert it on your computer to a music file format supported by the player, and then copy it to the player for playback.

●When a malfunction occurs during use of the machine and affects normal use, please log in to Onda's official website to download the latest version of the firmware, and update according to the firmware update method in the manual. This can solve most problems. If the problem cannot be solved after updating, please contact the agent where you purchased it or Onda Service Center to send it for repair.
