Article 3 The labeling of products produced and sold within the territory of the People's Republic of China shall comply with these regulations.

If laws, regulations, rules and mandatory national standards and industry standards have other provisions on the labeling of product labels, these provisions must be observed at the same time.

Article 4 Products should have labels. Naked food and other naked products that are difficult to attach labels due to product characteristics do not need to attach product labels.

Article 5 In addition to product instructions, product logos shall be marked on the product or the product's sales packaging

Article 14 If it is necessary to indicate the specifications, grade, quantity, net content, name and content of the main ingredients and other technical requirements of the product according to the characteristics and usage requirements of the product, it shall be indicated accordingly. . The labeling of net content shall comply with the requirements of the "Regulations on Supervision of Measurement of Quantitative Packaged Commodities".

Article 15 Products with limited use period shall be marked with the production date and safe use period or expiry date. The date representation method should comply with national standards or use "year, month, day" representation. The production date and safe use period or expiry date should be printed on the product or the product's sales package.

Article 16 Products whose improper use may easily cause damage to the product itself or may endanger human health

and personal and property safety shall have warning signs or Chinese warning instructions. The packaging of products that are highly toxic, radioactive, dangerous, fragile, afraid of pressure, need to be protected from moisture, cannot be inverted, and have other special requirements

Article 17 Products with complex performance, structure and usage methods that are difficult to install and use shall have detailed installation, maintenance and usage instructions in accordance with the national standards, industry standards and local standards of the product. .

Article 18 The origin of the product marked by the manufacturer should be true. The origin of the product should

be labeled according to the geographical concept of administrative divisions. The place of origin mentioned in these regulations refers to the final place of production, processing or assembly of the product. If the product is formed and then undergoes auxiliary processing in another place, the place of origin shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 2 of this article. If laws and administrative regulations have other provisions on the determination of the origin of products, such provisions shall prevail.

Article 19 For products that have obtained quality certification, the certification mark can be marked on the products produced within the validity period of the certification.

Article 20 Products that have obtained the famous title or famous mark recognized by the state can be marked with the famous title or famous mark. When marking the famous title or famous logo, the time of acquisition and validity period should be clearly indicated.

Article 21 The product barcode marked on the product identification shall be a valid product barcode.

Article 22 For products that are specially made by the manufacturer for users in accordance with the contract and are not directly for sale,

the product identification may be marked in accordance with the requirements of the contract.

Article 23 The labels of goods sold by sellers shall comply with the provisions of these Measures.

Article 24 Producers and sellers shall not forge or impersonate the names and addresses of others; shall not forge the origin, production date and expiration date of products; shall not forge or impersonate production license marks, Product barcodes and quality marks such as certification marks, famous quality marks, and other quality certificates.
