Application conditions: (1) Have food raw material handling and food processing, packaging, storage and other places that are suitable for the variety and quantity of the food for which the production license is applied for, and maintain the environment of the place Neat and tidy, and keep a specified distance from toxic, harmful places and other sources of pollution;

(2) Have production equipment or facilities that are suitable for the variety and quantity of the food for which the production license is applied for, and have corresponding disinfection and changing facilities , washing, lighting, lighting, ventilation, anti-corrosion, dust-proof, fly-proof, rodent-proof, insect-proof, washing and equipment or facilities for treating waste water, storing garbage and waste;

(3) Possession and application Reasonable equipment layout and process flow suitable for the types and quantities of food permitted for production to prevent cross-contamination between food to be processed and directly imported food, raw materials and finished products, and avoid food contact with toxic substances and unclean substances;

(4) Have professional food safety technicians and management personnel that are suitable for the variety and quantity of food for which production license is applied;

(5) Have guaranteed food that is suitable for the variety and quantity of food for which production license is applied for Safety training, health management such as employee health examination and health files, incoming inspection records, factory inspection records, raw material acceptance, production process and other food safety management systems;

(6) Laws, regulations and national industrial policies If there are other requirements for the production of food, these requirements should be met.

Application materials: (1) "Application Form for Food Production License";

(2) Copy of the applicant's ID card (certificate) or qualification certificate;

(3) A copy of the business license or the "Notice of Preliminary Approval of Enterprise Name" issued by the industrial and commercial administration department (to be established as a food production enterprise). Enterprises that renew their licenses should also provide a copy of the original food production license; enterprises that expand, relocate their production sites, or have production conditions change should also provide a change application form and a copy of their food production license;

(4) Plan of the food production and processing site and its surrounding environment and layout of each functional section of production and processing;

(5) List of food production equipment and facilities;

(6) Food production process flow chart and equipment layout diagram;

(7) List of professional food safety technicians and managers;

(8) Text of food safety management rules and regulations;

(9) Food safety standards implemented by products; if enterprise standards are implemented, enterprise standards filed with the health administrative department must be provided;

(10) Factory inspection work is entrusted to an inspection agency with food inspection qualifications If the agency undertakes it, it should submit the entrusted inspection agreement signed with the inspection agency (the distance between the inspection agency and the applicant should not exceed 20 kilometers; the entrustment time should be no less than 3 years, and the inspection items should cover relevant technical specification requirements) and the inspection qualification of the inspection agency Copies;

(11) Other supporting materials that should be submitted as stipulated by relevant laws and regulations.
