How to complain and follow up on sales after trademark registration?
The process is as follows: If you believe that another seller selling on Amazon has infringed upon your trademark rights, we ask that you provide the following information to our copyright and trademark investigators (English only):
- ASIN/ISBN and product name of the product detail page
- Store and company name of the merchant you are reporting
- Concise description of the policy being violated
-Evidence of violation:
--The order number of your test purchase of this product on Amazon US site
--A copy of your trademark registration certificate
< p>-- Proof of purchase with UPC barcode of your trademark-- Photos of the items you purchased for testing
- Your address, phone number and email address
- A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notification is accurate and that you are the owner of the trademark or a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the trademark
