If the name of the store is different from the name on the business license, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry will impose penalties:

(2) Those who change the name of the trade without authorization shall be fined not more than 5,000 yuan

(3) Those who change the business method without authorization or exceed If the business scope is approved, the illegal gains will be confiscated and a fine of not more than 5,000 yuan may be imposed. For those who operate commodities that are not allowed to be operated by individual industrial and commercial households without authorization, their illegal income will be confiscated and a fine of not more than 10,000 yuan may be imposed; if the circumstances are serious, the business license and its copy or temporary business license shall be revoked.

Legal basis: Article 6 of the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China" To establish a company, one must apply for establishment registration to the company registration authority in accordance with the law. Those that meet the establishment conditions stipulated in this Law shall be registered as a limited liability company or a joint stock company by the company registration authority; those that do not meet the establishment conditions stipulated in this Law shall not be registered as a limited liability company or a joint stock company.

If laws and administrative regulations stipulate that the establishment of a company must be subject to approval, the approval procedures must be completed in accordance with the law before the company is registered.

The public may apply to the company registration authority to inquire about company registration matters, and the company registration authority shall provide inquiry services.

A company established in accordance with Article 7 of the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China" shall be issued a company business license by the company registration authority. The date of issue of the company's business license is the date of establishment of the company.

The company's business license shall state the company's name, address, registered capital, business scope, name of the legal representative, and other matters.

If the matters recorded in the company's business license change, the company shall handle the change registration in accordance with the law, and the company registration authority will renew the business license

Article 20 of the "Regulations on the Administration of Enterprise Name Registration" When the enterprise registration authority discovers that the name of the enterprise does not comply with these regulations when registering the enterprise, it shall refuse the registration and explain the reasons in writing. If the enterprise registration authority discovers that the registered enterprise name does not comply with these regulations, it shall promptly correct it. If other units or individuals believe that the registered enterprise name does not comply with these regulations, they may request the enterprise registration authority to make corrections.
