There are two ways to use a foreign trademark held by an individual to a domestic person or enterprise:

1. Transfer the trademark. After the transfer, the exclusive right of the trademark is transferred to the transferee, and the transferor no longer enjoys the exclusive right of the trademark. Both parties need to sign a trademark transfer agreement, and the time for trademark transfer is generally about 6-8 months.

2. When the trademark licensing contract is filed, the trademark owner licenses the right to use the trademark to domestic individuals or enterprises for a certain number of years, but the ownership of the trademark is still in the hands of the trademark applicant. Both parties need to sign a trademark license contract, and the time for filing the trademark license contract is about 3 months.
