Article 37 of the Trademark Law stipulates: "The exclusive right to use a registered trademark is limited to the registered trademark and the goods approved for use." Therefore, after the text is registered as a trademark, if it is a simplified word, traditional Chinese characters will be used; Or the registered traditional Chinese characters, but the simplified characters are actually used, it shall be regarded as a change of the words, figures or their combinations of the registered trademark, and may be handled in accordance with the provisions of Article 30 of the Trademark Law.
