Information required for patent application

1. Proof of identity of the applicant

Apply in the name of the company: a copy of the business license and organization code certificate with the official seal; a copy of the designer's ID card

Apply in the name of an individual: a copy of the ID card.

2． Application form: includes the name of the design patent, the name of the designer, the name of the applicant, name, address, etc.

3. Six views of the product. For designs that require color protection, black and white or color pictures should be submitted. (Pictures or photos of the design must not be smaller than 3 cm x 8 cm, nor larger than 15 cm x 22 cm.)
