Trademark registration process

The process consists of three links:

1) Formal review: review the authenticity, completeness and legality of the materials, and there are no problems The "Notification of Acceptance" will be issued within one and a half months; at this time, you can mark the TM.

2) Substantive examination: examine the distinctiveness of the trademark and determine whether it is similar or identical to the trademark previously applied for registration;

3) Announcement: three months , to see if anyone objects to the trademark;

If the above three steps are passed, a trademark registration certificate will be issued. The whole process takes about a year and a half.
