Brand value assessment requires companies to provide the following information:

1. Industrial and commercial enterprise business license, production (operation) license, etc.;

2. Company profile, legal representative profile, organizational chart, equity structure chart;

3. Articles of Association and legal documents involving the property rights of the enterprise;

4. Legal documents that may involve changes in corporate property rights (equity) relationships, such as corporate asset reorganization plans, corporate acquisitions, joint ventures, cooperation agreements (letters of intent), etc.;

5. Annual and semi-annual work summary of the company (in order to fully understand the status of the company);

6. Evaluate and introduce the business operation and management situation;

7. An introduction to the company's main products, and several sales contracts and sales invoices for the products should be provided;

8. The company's brand or trademark management organization and system;

9. An introduction to the advertising, publicity and activities invested by the company in recent years to promote the corporate image and main trademark products;

10. Product quality certification and inspection reports;

11. Overview of the company's existing production facilities and supply and marketing network, and a brief introduction to the production and operation of each branch;

12. Advantages of the company (such as Management advantages, product advantages, technical advantages, financial advantages, etc.), possible risk analysis;

13. Introduction to technical product research and development. Whether there are patented technologies, self-developed proprietary technologies, etc., as well as technical appraisal materials such as scientific and technological achievement appraisal reports or technical product manuals for the above-mentioned technologies;

14. Background information on the industry in which the enterprise is located (industry economy, technical level, current situation and development trends, current average return on assets in the same industry, etc.);

15. Whether there is a registered trademark, trademark registration certificate and related legal documents for change of registration;

16. Trademark pattern and explanation;

17. Product market influence analysis;

18. Product market sales analysis;

19. Product profitability analysis;

20. Market overview of similar competitive products, information on output, sales volume, price and other information of similar competitive products;

21. The company's annual financial statements (audit reports) for the past three years in 2018, 2019, and 2020 (including the assessment base date of May 31, 2021);

22. The company's future long-term development plan, trademark product planning, and additional investment plan;

23. The company's income forecast for the next five years (Table C-C4) and the text description of the forecast;

24. Feedback information such as reports and evaluations from Xinnet media and consumers on the company’s product quality and after-sales service;

25. Enterprise award certificates, honorary certificates, and legal representative honorary certificates;

26. Enterprise financial policy questionnaire, whether there are any policy preferences;

27. Asset appraisal commitment letter;

28. Other information that the company believes can reflect the connotation of corporate value;
