1. An enterprise applicant may file an application with the Trademark Office of the European Union or the Trademark Offices of member countries.

2. The applicant shall submit trademark samples for examination by the Trademark Office.

3. A three-month notice period, during which a third party can raise an objection after the tea is passed.

4. When the objection period is up, the applied trademark is successfully registered within one and a half years.
