Xiujue Mountain is the birthplace of ancient Shu civilization. The famous mountain in the world, "You are forty-eight thousand years old, not inhabited by Qin Sai" stands tall in the plains of Chengdu. The ancient pre-Qin book "The Book of Mountains and Seas" records that in ancient times, when the ancestors of Baodun, the ancient city of Longma in Shu, worshiped the mountain gods, they chose a rooster as a sacrifice and buried it in the ground, used wine brewed from grain to worship the gods, and used pigs, cows, and sheep to complete the sacrifice. Tailao is used as a sacrifice, and a jade biscuit should be used as a jade article to worship the gods. When warding off the disasters of war, one should dance with a shield and ax in hand; when praying for good fortune, one should dress neatly and dance with jade in hand to show sincerity. The great ritual of traveling to the heaven and earth to worship the mountain god in Xiujue Mountain has been carried out to this day.

Xiujue Mountain was regarded by ancient Shu ancestors as the mountain of dragons and horses. I drank about 8 taels of wine, but I was just a little drunk. I didn't talk in a formal way, talked and laughed happily, and controlled the atmosphere at the wine table very well. When drinking Jiannanchun wine, the taste is sweet and refreshing, elegant and delicate, plump and harmonious, a true example of famous wine.
Langjiu
The two major Maotai-flavor liquor brands are as famous as Moutai. The winery is located in Erlang Town, Gulin, Sichuan. Like Maotai, it is brewed with water from the Chishui River. Langjiu has the characteristics of outstanding sauce aroma, elegant and delicate, mellow and clean. But I feel that the number of people who drink it is relatively small. Because it also has the characteristics of "one tree and three flowers". It has three aroma types: strong aroma, sauce aroma, and combined aroma. And the price is a bit expensive, a bottle of 100ml is 45 degrees. The small bottle of Langjiu is affectionately called the "Crooked Mouth" by drinking friends.
It only costs 30 yuan a bottle in small stores. The flavor and price may have inhibited the sales of Langjiu. But there is definitely nothing to say about the quality of the wine.
Quanxing Daqu
One of the eight most famous wines in China. Went to Shanghai to study in 1998. I originally wanted to buy beer from the hotel next to my hotel, but I found three bottles at the kiosk of the small tin house.
It has been stored for seven or eight years, and the label on the bottle has been faded and damaged by the sun. Quanxing Daqu, I forgot how much it cost, but it is very cheap anyway. Few locals in Shanghai are interested in liquor. At first, I bought a bottle with the intention of giving it a try, and it turned out to be very delicious. I immediately ran back and bought the other two bottles, the real Daqu aromatic wine. The taste is soft and refreshing, rich and sweet. However, with the emergence of Shuijingfang, Lao Quanxing Daqu has lost its popularity in the market and is hard to find.
Sichuan has a wine-making history of more than 2,000 years.
