What is the best wine in Sichuan?

Sichuan has many famous wines. Wuliangye, Luzhou Laoyao, Langjiu, etc. are famous all over the country for their delicious wines. But the most famous and most delicious wine is Wuliangye.

Among all the provinces in my country, Sichuan is definitely a major wine-producing province, and the province is rich in many high-quality famous wines. In terms of the types and output of wine in China, few provinces can rival Sichuan. . In terms of output, Sichuan's liquor accounts for two-fifths of the country's liquor. In terms of brand types, any brand in Sichuan can definitely compete with the famous liquors in any province. So it is really difficult to ask which liquor is the best in Sichuan. Conclusion, after all, everyone likes different tastes. Sichuan liquors are mostly strong-flavor liquors, and famous brands include Shuijingfang, Wuliangye, Luzhou Laojiao, Langjiu, Xiaojiaolou, Jiannanchun, Fenggu, Xiantan and a series of other liquors. Someone once said that Moutai is the most delicious liquor in my country, but Moutai is a Maotai-flavor liquor. Many people prefer Wuliangye, a strong-flavor liquor, and the only domestic liquor that can compete with Moutai is Wuliangye, so Wuliangye should be The most delicious liquor in Sichuan, but there is no guarantee. After all, the brand effect of Wuliangye is also great. In fact, among the common Sichuan liquor brands currently on the market, the high-quality liquors are generally very expensive and not very friendly to the people. It is impossible for ordinary people to drink top-notch liquors like Wuliangye every day. Most ordinary people who like to drink liquor prefer to drink bulk liquor brewed from real grains. Because Sichuan is rich in water, and most of the water comes from the western plateau, the water quality is very good, so it is very suitable for brewing liquor. Perhaps because Sichuan's liquor is so well-known, everyone knows Sichuan's liquor brand, but they don't know that Sichuan Province also had a local beer called "Blue Sword", which was later acquired by Snowflake. In the 1980s and 1990s, anyone in Sichuan who drank beer would have drank Blue Sword. Although the taste of Blue Sword beer had mixed reviews at that time, it was the beer that best represented the local characteristics of Sichuan. If you have different opinions, please leave a message to discuss together.

"The head of Minshan Mountain, from Nuji Mountain (Xiujue Mountain) to Jiachao Mountain, there are sixteen mountains, 3,500 miles away. All of them have the body of a horse and the head of a dragon. Its ancestral hall: the hair is a rooster, and the rice is Xu. , Its temple: Shame wine, too strong tool, a bamboo stick of infant hair, use soldiers to fight; pray, crown dance. ""The Classic of Mountains and Seas·Zhongshan Jing"

Xiujue Mountain is the birthplace of ancient Shu civilization. The famous mountain in the world, "You are forty-eight thousand years old, not inhabited by Qin Sai" stands tall in the plains of Chengdu. The ancient pre-Qin book "The Book of Mountains and Seas" records that in ancient times, when the ancestors of Baodun, the ancient city of Longma in Shu, worshiped the mountain gods, they chose a rooster as a sacrifice and buried it in the ground, used wine brewed from grain to worship the gods, and used pigs, cows, and sheep to complete the sacrifice. Tailao is used as a sacrifice, and a jade biscuit should be used as a jade article to worship the gods. When warding off the disasters of war, one should dance with a shield and ax in hand; when praying for good fortune, one should dress neatly and dance with jade in hand to show sincerity. The great ritual of traveling to the heaven and earth to worship the mountain god in Xiujue Mountain has been carried out to this day.

The top of Shushan Mountain stretches from south to north from high to low to Xiujue Mountain in Xinjin. Corresponding to the Canglong of the 28th Eastern Palace, it is like a giant dragon stretching from north to south. Xiujue Mountain was regarded by ancient Shu ancestors as the mountain of dragons and horses. According to historical records, carriers of dragon elements such as Toulong Temple, Longyan Temple, Fulong Temple, Erwang Temple, Tongziyan, and Yudi Palace all existed in Xiujue Mountain in Xinjin. "Fangyu Shenglan" written by Zhu Mu of the Song Dynasty said: "Toulongguan pillows Yelang River and Baimushui. There are dragon caves on it, and prayers can be answered."

"Da Ming Yitong Zhi" says: "Xiujue Mountain , five miles southeast of Xinjin County, there is Xiujue Temple on the mountain, because of its name." Zhong Bojing of the Ming Dynasty said in his "Travel to Xiujueshan": "The Emperor of the Ming Dynasty was lucky enough to be in Shu. He wrote three characters "Xiujueshan" in a big book, which were inlaid on the stone wall. If they are still there today, that's where they were." "Records of Scenic Spots in Central Shu" also quoted from the old book "Zhi": (Xinjin County) One mile south of Xiujue Mountain, Zen Master Shenxiu settled here. "Minutes of Du Shi Fang Yu": "Xiu Jue Mountain, King Yan of Shu also tried to visit Yan." "Zhang Daoling, the poet Li Bai, the poet Du Fu, the Eight Great Masters of the Tang and Song Dynasties, San Su and his son, the patriotic poets Lu You, Fan Chengda, the founders of the Jingling School Zhong Xing, Fang Xiaoru, Yang Shen and other ancient and modern cultural celebrities lingered in Xiujue Mountain. Leave a lasting legacy.

As a Sichuan drinker, I usually don’t drink bottled wine. I am one of them and I like to go to the wine shop to drink Huazi wine (the best quality wine). wine), the price is about thirty or forty yuan a pound.

After taking it home, you can soak wolfberry, jujube, plum, mulberry, lemon, etc. You can also mix high-quality wines such as sorghum, rice, glutinous rice and corn and soak them together for a year and a half. The aroma of the wine will be no less than that of high-quality bottled wines. Eat in Sichuan, play in Sichuan, the land of abundance will come to the world one day.

Sichuan wine, clouds and smoke. Sichuan wine is delicious in the north!

Most of the countries in the country point to Liuduo Jinhua, Wuliangye, Luzhou Laojiao, Langjiu, Jiannanchun, Quanxing and Tuopai as the best wines in Sichuan! Secondly, the more famous Qiong Wine, Wenjun, Fenggu, Xiaojiaolou, Er'e, etc. in Sichuan, but what I want to talk about is not these! It’s truly the most delicious, affordable, and people can drink it with confidence! Or pure grain wine from moonshine breweries in their respective towns and villages! This wine is the real thing, the real wine that the people can see, smell and taste! Really, a few of my friends usually drink it!

Luzhou Laojiao special song. A favorite for decades.

I still have a few bottles of 1995 Wenjun Baijiu. I don’t know how much money I can manage now.

Let’s talk about my feelings about these types of wine.

Among these wines, Luzhou Laojiao

is the originator of strong-flavor liquor, and I drink less of it. It was popular a few years ago. Yeah. Luzhou has been around for 100 years, and Luzhou has been around for 60 years. It spread to our small third-tier city in the north and became popular for a while. Counterfeit wine began to proliferate. So when I drink it, it doesn’t feel particularly amazing.

Wuliangye,

I feel ashamed to say that I only drank it once in so many years, and it was at a friend’s house. But the experience after drinking it was very bad. I forgot how much it was, but when I drank it, it didn't taste like "full and mellow, sweet and sweet, harmonious fragrance, and long aftertaste". These tastes, and I didn't drink much, but the taste was... Soon, I became very drunk. When I woke up the next day, my whole body felt very uncomfortable. It was suspected that he had drunk fake wine.

Tuopai

"Long years of wine, drops of Tuopai love." In the 1990s, a widely circulated advertising song in a CCTV advertisement brought a liquor brand that was originally unknown to the public into people's horizons. It was also at that time that I just started working. At that time, the roast duck stall in my class was making roast duck in a hanging oven. Just use a few yuan of Tuopai Daqu in a yellow-labeled bottle to remove the fishy smell from the raw duck. Therefore, when we had nothing to do, we young apprentices would often take a few sips secretly. At that time, we were young and did not know how to taste wine. We only felt the taste was spicy and exciting, but after drinking, there was a lingering fragrance in the mouth, sweet and refreshing. It is an authentic pure grain wine. "One of the six golden flowers" of Sichuan Wine.

Later, at Tuopai Shede Wine

I drank "The Way of Shedding" again two years ago. After four ounces of wine, the taste is soft and soft in the mouth, not overpowering or dry in the mouth. Even after drinking two bottles of beer, I still felt dizzy and tipsy. I sobered up quickly the next day and didn't feel uncomfortable all over. Tuopai is really good if you give it up.

Jiannanchun

More than ten years ago, an elder brother celebrated his birthday and brought a bottle of 52-degree Jiannanchun liquor. I will never forget it after drinking it. There were four people at the table, and the other three didn't like drinking liquor very much. One of them poured a small glass to suit the occasion, leaving me alone to enjoy the meal. I drank about 8 taels of wine, but I was just a little drunk. I didn't talk in a formal way, talked and laughed happily, and controlled the atmosphere at the wine table very well. When drinking Jiannanchun wine, the taste is sweet and refreshing, elegant and delicate, plump and harmonious, a true example of famous wine.

Langjiu

The two major Maotai-flavor liquor brands are as famous as Moutai. The winery is located in Erlang Town, Gulin, Sichuan. Like Maotai, it is brewed with water from the Chishui River. Langjiu has the characteristics of outstanding sauce aroma, elegant and delicate, mellow and clean. But I feel that the number of people who drink it is relatively small. Because it also has the characteristics of "one tree and three flowers". It has three aroma types: strong aroma, sauce aroma, and combined aroma. And the price is a bit expensive, a bottle of 100ml is 45 degrees. The small bottle of Langjiu is affectionately called the "Crooked Mouth" by drinking friends.

It only costs 30 yuan a bottle in small stores. The flavor and price may have inhibited the sales of Langjiu. But there is definitely nothing to say about the quality of the wine.

Quanxing Daqu

One of the eight most famous wines in China. Went to Shanghai to study in 1998. I originally wanted to buy beer from the hotel next to my hotel, but I found three bottles at the kiosk of the small tin house.

It has been stored for seven or eight years, and the label on the bottle has been faded and damaged by the sun. Quanxing Daqu, I forgot how much it cost, but it is very cheap anyway. Few locals in Shanghai are interested in liquor. At first, I bought a bottle with the intention of giving it a try, and it turned out to be very delicious. I immediately ran back and bought the other two bottles, the real Daqu aromatic wine. The taste is soft and refreshing, rich and sweet. However, with the emergence of Shuijingfang, Lao Quanxing Daqu has lost its popularity in the market and is hard to find.

Sichuan has a wine-making history of more than 2,000 years. Skilled craftsmen of past generations have used their wisdom to brew many famous and high-quality wines with distinctive local characteristics. Sichuan Province has a unique geographical environment and high-quality water sources, which provide unique conditions for winemaking. It also has unique winemaking technology and excellent wine quality.

Luzhou and Yibin in Sichuan Province and Renhuai in Guizhou Province are the golden triangle areas for winemaking, located in the Yangtze River, Minjiang River and Chishui River basins in the optimal winemaking dimension zone. This golden district city was once hailed by UNESCO as "the most suitable region for brewing high-quality pure distilled liquor at the same latitude on the earth."

The Sichuan Basin has a pleasant climate, with warm winters, hot summers, and humid air, making it a natural fermentation tank. Water resources are abundant, with many rivers in the province, and the water quality is natural, pure and pollution-free pure water with very rich mineral content. Since ancient times, it has been a land of abundance and abundant resources, rich in high-quality rice, wheat, corn, and waxy sorghum. These are the natural foundations for Sichuan to produce good wine. Therefore, Sichuan Province is now the largest wine-producing province in the country.

When it comes to which Sichuan wine is the best, everyone’s answer should be different. Even old drinkers who drink frequently have different taste preferences. And it is unfair to talk about the quality of the wine without talking about the price.

Here we only use personal taste as the criterion for judgment. Jiannanchun is the best wine I have ever tasted among Sichuan wines, followed by Tuopai Shede wine, Laoquanxing Daqu wine, and Xiaolang wine, all of which have good taste and quality. Welcome everyone to make more corrections and additions!
