1. There are no special requirements for villages and towns except that the names of administrative regions above the county level cannot be registered with trademarks.

2. Unless it is particularly sensitive, it can't be estimated, such as the birthplace of so-and-so, the event of so-and-so just happened in that village, and so on.

3. If the village name is registered as a trademark, it can pass the three-month notice of the preliminary examination and approval of the trademark registration application, and the relevant right holder can raise an objection.
