The Black Mamba's killer nature, aggressiveness, and killing skills are all strikingly similar to Kobe's on the basketball court, so Kobe got such an awesome nickname: Black Mamba!

This is a LOGO carefully designed by NIKE for Kobe Bryant. NIKE’s official explanation is that this is a scabbard LOGO. When it was just launched, domestic fans called it crystal.

On August 23, 1978, Kobe Bryant was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA. He is the youngest and only son of the three children of former NBA player and former Los Angeles Sparks head coach Joe Bryant and Pamela Cox Bryant. Kobe has two sisters - Celia and Shaya.

When Kobe was 6 years old, Joe left the NBA and moved his family to Italy to continue his professional basketball career. Bryant adapted to his new life and began learning Italian and Spanish. After his father Joe Bryant retired in 1991, the Kobe family returned to the United States.
