After preparing the materials, submit them to the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore, and relevant personnel will review the trademark application documents. If there are problems with the trademark documents, the examiner will propose modifications, and the applicant should review the application documents. Make modifications and submit again; if not submitted within the prescribed time limit, the application will be deemed to have been abandoned. If the examiner finds no issues, the trademark application will be published in the Singapore Trademark Journal.

The trademark document that passes the review will be published in the trademark journal for two months. Anyone can object to the trademark document. During this period, the applicant can conduct a trademark ruling with the opponent. If Singapore Knowledge If the Intellectual Property Office does not receive a notice of objection, the trademark will be registered.

If the trademark registration application is not opposed, or the result of the objection supports the applicant, the applicant will receive a trademark registration certificate issued by the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore. If the whole process goes smoothly, it will take about 9 months.
