At present, Lishui is building a "China Good Grain and Oil" demonstration zone, creating a national green food raw material (rice) production base, and making efforts to build a number of influential Lishui food brands such as "Qiuhu" and "Daohao" with the new model of "five excellent linkages" of excellent grain, excellent production, excellent storage, excellent marketing. Hu Ba rice is produced in Lishui, a national key wetland near the source of Shijiu Lake and Qinhuai River. The planting base has fertile land, clear water and good ecology, and is rich in high-quality rice. The raw grain is mainly Nanjing series cultivated by Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences. It is made of constant temperature drying and domestic advanced production equipment. The rice grains are complete and white, and the rice is fragrant and soft, cool but not hard, and tastes good.
