2. Submit an application: the applicant or his entrusted agent shall submit the trademark applicant and the documents required for the application to the Mexican Industrial Property Office;
3. Acceptance receipt: After receiving the application, the Mexican Industrial Property Office makes a preliminary application, passes the examination, gives the trademark application number, and sends an acceptance notice to the applicant;
4. Trademark review: The Mexican Industrial Property Office will also review whether the applied trademark complies with Mexican trademark law;
5. Trademark announcement: The Mexican Industrial Property Office will make an announcement on the official platform of Mexico for the public to judge the trademarks that can be accepted for registration after examination;
6. Approval and issuance of certificates: The Mexican Industrial Property Office approves the registration of trademarks without objection or without objection after the announcement, and issues a trademark registration certificate to the applicant.
