Customs emblems can be displayed in the following places:

(1) Office premises of customs at all levels;

(2) Customs supervision places at entry and exit ports;

(3) Places where the Customs holds important meetings and activities;

(4) Customs colleges and universities;

(5) Other places where the General Administration of Customs deems that the Customs emblem should be displayed.

The following items can use customs emblem patterns:

(1) Business documents, seals, and marks issued by the customs;

(2) Customs personnel law enforcement or identity documents, such as investigation certificates, inspection certificates, work certificates, etc.;

(3) Logo and accessories on customs uniforms;

(4) Customs vehicles, boats and Special equipment;

(5) Items used by the Customs in official activities, such as certificates, certificates, prizes, envelopes, letterheads, pictures, business cards, gifts, etc.;

(6) Books, newspapers, magazines, audio-visual products and other works published, photographed, and printed in the name of the Customs;

Guan emblems and their patterns may not be used for:

(1) Trademarks, advertisements, decoration and identification of goods;

(2) Daily life furnishings, Supplies and decorations (except gifts produced by the Customs in official activities) and other non-Customs supplies;

(3) Publications, printed matter, audio-visual products and other works published, printed or produced in one’s name;

(4) Other items that are prohibited from using customs emblem patterns as stipulated by the General Administration of Customs.
