How to make sesame paste at home?
Sesame paste, also known as sesame paste, is a seasoning made by frying sesame seeds and grinding them. It's fragrant and slippery. After the sesame paste is made, let it stand and precipitate, and the oil floating on it is our common sesame oil. It can be said that sesame paste is an accessory product produced during the production of sesame oil. (The production method here refers to the small grinding sesame oil by water substitution method, and the machine-made sesame oil is not included. )

I remember my father once bought a bottle of sesame paste, which was a bit expensive. My father sighed: "In the small sesame oil shop next to my previous home, sesame sauce was free. When the sesame oil is finished, the sesame sauce shop is not free, and it is free. " Now the industry is standardized, the categories are clearly divided, and the amount of sesame sauce has begun to increase. Sesame oil plants will also package and sell sesame paste. This also reflects the development of society, and people's requirements for "eating" are getting higher and higher.

So, how to make sesame paste at home? Because the process of making sesame oil by water substitution method is too complicated to separate sesame paste, and our main purpose is not to make sesame oil, but sesame paste. So, we introduce a simple way to make sesame sauce at home, adding a little vegetable oil. The methods of preparing sesame oil and separating sesame paste by water replacement will be briefly discussed later in this paper.

Generally, white sesame seeds are selected as materials. White sesame is actually black sesame without skin. Sesame paste made of white sesame is Huang Liang, with good color. Sesame paste made of black sesame seeds has a mellow taste and a better nourishing and invigorating effect.

The method of making sesame oil by replacing sesame oil with water can be roughly divided into:
