Industrial and commercial enterprises or self-employed individuals without a business license are not allowed to open their business. They are not allowed to engrave official seals, sign contracts, register trademarks, or publish advertisements. They are not allowed to open bank accounts.

Processing process

The first step is to approve the name

Time: 1-3 working days

Operation: Determine the company type and name , registered capital, shareholders and capital contribution ratio, you can go to the Industrial and Commercial Bureau to submit an application for verification on-site or online.

Result: The name verification passed, if failed, the name needs to be re-verified.

The second step is to submit information

Time: 5-15 working days

After the name is approved, the address information, executive information, and business scope will be confirmed. Submit a pre-application online. After passing the online pre-examination, go to the Industrial and Commercial Bureau to submit application materials according to the scheduled time.

Result: Received notification of approval of establishment registration.

The third step is to obtain the license

Time: On the day of the appointment

Operation: Bring the notice of establishment registration and the original ID card of the person in charge to the Industrial and Commercial Bureau to collect the business license Original and copy of license.

Result: Receive business license.

Required materials

Industrial and commercial registration requires preparation of the following aspects:

1. "Application for Registration of Company Establishment" signed by the legal representative of the company ;

2. Articles of Association signed by all shareholders;

3. Qualification certificate of legal person shareholder or ID card of natural person shareholder and its copy;

4. Directors , appointment documents and ID copies of supervisors and managers;

5. Certificate of designated representative or authorized agent;

6. ID card of the agent and its copy;

7. Proof of residence use.

Note: The preparation of documents proving the use of residence is divided into the following three situations:

(1) If it is your own property, you need a copy of the real estate certificate and a copy of your own ID card;

(2) If you are renting a house, you need a copy of the property certificate signed by the landlord, a copy of the landlord’s ID card, a lease contract signed and sealed by both parties, and a rental invoice;

(3 ) If you rent an office building under the name of a company, you need a copy of the real estate certificate with the official seal of the company, a copy of the company's business license, a lease contract signed and sealed by both parties, and a rental invoice.
