What is a certification trademark? What documents need to be submitted?
A certification trademark refers to a mark controlled by an organization with the ability to supervise goods or services and used by units or individuals outside the organization to prove the origin, raw materials, manufacturing methods, quality or other specific qualities of the goods or services. To directly apply for the registration of a certification trademark, in addition to submitting an application for trademark registration, a trademark pattern, a copy of the identity certificate (confirmed by the applicant's seal) and a copy of the ID card of the handler, it shall also submit the management rules for the use of the certification trademark, and shall specify in detail the professional technicians and professional testing equipment owned by it or its entrusted institutions, so as to show its ability to supervise the quality of the specific goods certified by the certification trademark.
