Many regions also have their own local trademark associations, but they are all affiliated with the local industrial and commercial administration departments.

There are almost no other trademark exchange organizations in the industry or cross-regional trademark cultural exchange organizations.

The main staff of the trademark association are generally appointed by the affiliated industrial and commercial administration bureau. However, due to the limited staffing of the industrial and commercial administration agencies, it is impossible to allocate enough staff for the Trademark Association.
