Any unit or individual that has the conditions for green food production and applies for the use of the green food mark can become an applicant for the right to use the green food mark. The application procedure is as follows: Applicants should obtain the application form and relevant information from the China Green Food Development Center or the green food office of the province, autonomous region, or municipality where they are located. The applicant fills in the "Application Form for the Use of Green Food Mark" and the "Enterprise and Production Situation Questionnaire" as required, and together with the production operating procedures, enterprise standards, a copy of the product registered trademark text and the product quality report of the year issued by the quality monitoring department at or above the provincial level The test report shall be submitted to the green food office of the province (region, city) where the product is located. The green food offices of each province (autonomous region and city) will send dedicated personnel to investigate the reporting enterprises and their raw material origins, verify the quality control of their product production processes, and write a formal report. The green food office of each province (autonomous region, municipality) shall determine a more authoritative environmental monitoring unit in the province (passing metrological certification at or above the provincial level) and entrust it to conduct agricultural environmental quality assessment of the applicant enterprise. The green food offices of each province (autonomous region and city) will submit the application to the China Green Food Development Center for review after preliminary review. The China Green Food Development Center will notify enterprises with qualified application materials to accept quality and hygiene testing of their products by the designated green food monitoring center. At the same time, companies must submit packaging plans with green food labels to the China Green Food Development Center for review in accordance with the requirements of the "Green Food Label Standard Design Manual". After the China Green Development Center conducts a final review of the applicant companies and products, it will sign a "Green Food Logo Use Agreement" with product manufacturers that meet green food standards, and then issue a Green Food Logo Use Certificate to the company and issue a notice to the society. The green food mark use certificate is valid for 3 years. During this period, green food production companies must accept random inspections of their products by the monitoring agency commissioned by the China Green Food Development Center, and fulfill the "Green Food Label Use Agreement." After the expiration, if you want to continue to use the green food label, you must go through the re-application procedures six months before the expiration.
