Exclusive license, also known as exclusive license, means that the trademark registrant licenses the registered trademark to only one licensee within the agreed period and area. The trademark registrant may use the registered trademark according to the agreement, but may not license others to use the registered trademark alone. Within the validity period of the contract, the Licensee shall have the exclusive right to use the licensed patented technology in a certain area, and the Licensor shall not sublicense the patented technology to a third party, but the Licensor shall have the right to use the technology in this area.
