The standard for charging litigation fees is:

(1) In property cases, based on the amount or value of the litigation claim, the fees shall be paid cumulatively in stages according to the following proportions:

1. If it does not exceed 10,000 yuan, 50 yuan will be paid for each item;

2. For the part exceeding 10,000 yuan to 100,000 yuan, 2.5% will be paid;

If 200 million, the first-instance case acceptance fee should be paid in advance 300 yuan. If one party is dissatisfied with the first-instance judgment and initiates the second-instance procedure, the first-instance acceptance fee shall be paid in advance.

(2) Non-property cases

1. For divorce cases, 10-50 yuan is required for each case. If property division is involved, the total property does not exceed 10,000 yuan, and there is no additional fee; If the amount exceeds RMB 10,000, 1% will be charged for the excess amount.

2. For cases of infringement of name rights, title rights, portrait rights, reputation rights, and honor rights, a fee of 50 yuan to 100 yuan will be paid for each case.

3. For cases of infringement of patent rights, copyrights, and trademark rights, a fee of 50 yuan to 100 yuan will be paid for each case; the amount in dispute shall be paid according to the charging standards for property cases.

4. For labor dispute cases, the fee is 30 yuan to 50 yuan per case.

5. For other non-property cases, the fee is 10 to 50 yuan per case.

After winning the case, if the defendant promptly fulfills the judgment, there is no need to apply for enforcement procedures.

You can save the prepaid execution fee. If the defendant cannot fulfill the content determined in the judgment, then the issue of execution will be involved. When applying to the People's Court for enforcement, the applicant must also pay relevant fees in accordance with the "Measures for the Payment of Litigation Fees".

1. The parties responsible for litigation costs:

1. Litigation costs shall be borne by the losing party, unless the winning party voluntarily bears them.

2. If the case is partially won and partially lost, the people's court shall determine the amount of litigation costs borne by each party based on the specific circumstances of the case.

3.***If a litigant loses the case, the people's court shall decide the amount of litigation expenses borne by each party based on its interest in the subject matter of the litigation.

3. Witnesses, Transportation expenses, accommodation expenses, living expenses and lost work allowance incurred by appraisers, translators, and adjusters when they appear in court on the date designated by the People's Court.

Article 6 The litigation fees that the parties shall pay to the People's Court include:

Article 13 Case acceptance fees shall be paid in accordance with the following standards:

1. The fee for each divorce case is 50 yuan to 300 yuan. When it comes to property division, if the total property does not exceed 200,000 yuan, no additional payment will be made; for the portion exceeding 200,000 yuan, 0.5% will be paid.

2． For cases of infringement of name rights, title rights, portrait rights, reputation rights, honor rights and other personality rights, the fee is 100 yuan to 500 yuan per case. When it comes to damage compensation, if the amount of compensation does not exceed 50,000 yuan, no additional payment will be made; the amount exceeding 50,000 yuan to 100,000 yuan will be paid at the rate of 1%; the amount exceeding 100,000 yuan will be paid at the rate of 0.5%.

3. For other non-property cases, the fee is 50 yuan to 100 yuan per case.

(3) In intellectual property civil cases, if there is no amount or value in dispute, 500 to 1,000 yuan will be paid for each case; if the amount or value is in dispute, the payment shall be in accordance with the standards for property cases.

(4) Each labor dispute case shall be paid 10 yuan.

(5) Administrative cases shall be paid according to the following standards:

1. Trademark, patent, and maritime administrative cases require 100 yuan for each case;

2. Other administrative cases are subject to a fee of 50 yuan per case.

(6) If the party concerned raises an objection to the jurisdiction of the case and the objection is not established, a fee of 50 yuan to 100 yuan will be paid for each case.

***If the same litigant loses the lawsuit, the People's Court shall determine the amount of litigation expenses that the parties shall bear based on their interest in the subject matter of the litigation.
