(1) To license others to use a registered trademark, the assignor and the assignee shall sign a trademark license contract, which shall be reported to the Trademark Office for the record. (2) If another person is licensed to use a registered trademark, the licensor has the obligation to supervise the quality of the licensee's goods. When a trademark is licensed to others, goods using the same trademark will come from different sources. Therefore, the Trademark Law requires the trademark registrant to supervise the quality of the goods that the licensee uses the registered trademark, so as to prevent the low quality of the licensee's goods and harm the interests of consumers. For the same reason, the licensee shall guarantee the quality of the goods using the registered trademark.

(3) To use a registered trademark with permission, the name of the licensee and the place of origin of the commodity must be indicated on the commodity using the registered trademark. When a trademark is licensed to be used by others, goods using the same trademark will come from different sources. In this regard, consumers should have the right to know and choose; In addition, even if the goods provided by different suppliers have the same quality, the sources of goods are really different, which damages the distinguishing function of trademarks. Based on this, the licensee is also required to indicate its name and place of origin.
