1. preparation materials: prepare the business license materials and American trademark materials that need to be transferred;

2. Transfer Doc: the document required to fill in the transfer application;

3. Submit documents: seal, sign and submit;

4. Acceptance receipt: The US Intellectual Property Office will issue a receipt in about one month;

5. Successful transfer: generally about 6 months. After the trademark transfer is completed, a certificate of successful transfer will be issued.
