8 wineries play imitation show

Wu Dawei took out the "Yangshengdian" brand "Xiao Sanbian" wine produced by his own manufacturer and compared it with the Sanbian wine of 8 manufacturers, while handing the reporter a copy of the "Regulations on Investigation and Punishment of the Xixia County Industrial and Commercial Bureau" The investigation report on the packaging and decoration of counterfeit "Yangshengdian" brand Xiaosanbian wine said: "These are the eight wineries."

The reporter saw in this material that in November 2008, the Xixia County Industrial and Commercial Bureau discovered through market inspection that there were counterfeit products produced by Henan Yangshengdian Liquor Co., Ltd. in Nanyang and its surrounding areas. There were 468 pieces of "Yangshengdian" brand Xiaosanbian wine with more than 9,360 bottles, involving 8 wineries and their products.

The eight wineries and products are the "Wuduoshan" brand Sanbian wine produced by Zhenping County Wuduoshan Yellow Wine Co., Ltd.; the "Jiulijian" brand produced by Henan Jiulijian Technology Research Institute "" brand Sanbian Liquor; "Wanxi" Sanbian Liquor produced by Henan Wanxi Fruit Wine Factory; "Longju" Sanbian Liquor produced by Xixia County Longju Health Products Co., Ltd.; Henan Zhongjing Pharmacy Health Industry Co., Ltd. "Zhongjing Pharmacy" Sanbian Liquor produced by "Zhongjing Pharmacy"; "Wanxingdong" Sanbian Liquor produced by Xixia County Sanming Health Products Co., Ltd.; "Zhongjing Health" Sanbian Liquor produced by Zhenping County Santan Distillery; Nanyang City Zhang "Funiu Mountain" Sanbian Liquor produced by Long Brewing Co., Ltd.

“Most of the wine bottles from these 8 factories are recycled bottles of the ‘Yangshengdian’ brand ‘Xiao Sanbian’ wine, and then the packaging and decoration are tried to imitate the real ones, so as to mislead consumers. The person in charge of the Xixia County Industrial and Commercial Bureau told reporters.

"Li Gui" is mostly a fake address of a real factory

Yesterday, reporters conducted interviews with several counterfeit wineries based on the labels of counterfeit products. But I was surprised to find a problem. Most of these wineries were real ones with fake addresses.

According to the "Longju" brand three-bian wine bottle, the company's name is Xixia County Longju Health Products Co., Ltd., and its production address is No. 115, Lianhua North Road, Xixia County. But when the reporter rushed to this place, he discovered that No. 115 Lianhua North Road turned out to be the Xixia County Flour Mill. A staff member of the flour mill told the reporter: "We have always been a flour mill here and have never produced any 'Three Whips'."

The reporter was puzzled and picked up the "Wanxingdong" brand Three Whips. A look at the wine bottle shows that the manufacturer is Xixia County Sanming Health Products Co., Ltd., and its address is No. 106, Nanhuan Road, Xixia County. But when the reporter arrived and took a look, it turned out to be a private house. An old lady living in the private house told reporters: "The children have all gone out to work, and I am the only one at home. Our family does not know how to make 'Sanbianjiu'."

According to Xixia County Industry and Commerce A person in charge of the bureau said: "These eight suspected counterfeit wineries all have business licenses, and many counterfeit wines have their own trademarks."

What's more serious is that many of these counterfeit wines have serious quality problems.

It is reported that the Xixia County Industrial and Commercial Bureau seized the "Wanxingdong" brand Sanbian Liquor, the special "Golden Sanbian" and "Wanxi" in May, October and November 2008. "Three varieties including Sanbian Liquor were entrusted to Shandong Heze Technical Supervision Bureau and Nanyang Technical Supervision Bureau for appraisal, and the results were all "unqualified".
