2. Self-handling: The application documents to be prepared include statement of reasons, application, evidence, identification certificate, etc.
Legal basis for the objection: Article 33 of the Trademark Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), within three months from the date of announcement, the prior obligee or interested party thinks that it violates the provisions of Article 13, paragraphs 2 and 3, Article 15, Article 16, paragraph 1, Article 30, Article 31 and Article 32 of this law, or anyone thinks that it violates the provisions of Article 10 and Article 11 of this law. If there is no objection at the expiration of the announcement period, the registration shall be approved, a trademark registration certificate shall be issued and an announcement shall be made.
