Trademarks can be queried at the Trademark Office of the State Intellectual Property Office. Generally, you can log in to the China Trademark Network to check. First, determine the category and similar product and service groups to be queried; then, based on the determined similar product and service groups, make the same query and approximate query. In addition to searching for the trademark to be used, a similar search also needs to search for its significant parts. Finally, if it can be searched, it proves that the trademark has been registered. If there is no record, it has not been registered.

Article 2 of the "Trademark Law"

The Trademark Office of the Industrial and Commercial Administration Department of the State Council is responsible for the registration and management of trademarks nationwide. The industrial and commercial administration department of the State Council has established a Trademark Review and Adjudication Committee to handle trademark disputes.

Article 28 of the "Trademark Law"

For a trademark applied for registration, the Trademark Office shall complete the review within nine months from the date of receipt of the trademark registration application documents and comply with the requirements. Where relevant provisions of this Law are provided, a preliminary review and announcement shall be made.
